ORIGINS OF ASTRONOMY
The Gregorian Universal
System and Units of Measurements System (GUSUMS) also identified various
concept in astronomy and planetary science that could can be derived from
sacred geometry. This include concepts such as, axis, orbits, rotation,
revolution, aphelion, phases of the moon, the relationship between the earth,
sun, and the moon. Etc. Below
Radius, Diameter, and Circumference
GUSUMS states that it
was from sacred geometry that the concept of radius, diameter, and circumference
came about. This is because a half a leaf-like shape could be represents the
radius, 2 combined leaf-like shapes represented the diameter, and the area
covered by the outer ‘perimeter’ of the circular object is the circumference.

Pi and the Default Value diameter
GUSUMS also state that
the default value of the radius became 0.5 since it was half the length across
the circle. Thus, the default value of the diameter became 1. As a result of
this, the default value of pi could be acquired as a circle with a diameter of
1 units in whichever unit used will always have a circumference that is equal
to pi units.

Rotation
Rotation is the action
or motion of moving/rotating around a central point.
Origins of the concept of rotation as explained by GUSUMS |
Axis
An axis is defined as
an imaginary line in which an object rotates. This can be seen in the seed of
life as it is created/drawn by rotating around a central point.
Origins of the concept of Axis |
Orbit
orbit can be defined as
the continuous & repeating path that a celestial body/object takes around
another celestial body.

Revolution
Revolution is the orbital
motion of an object around another object. This is illustrated below as object Z revolves around object center.

Aphelion and Perihelion
Aphelion is the point
in an orbit when a celestial body is furthest from the sun. Perihelion is the
point in an orbit when a planetary body is closest to the sun.
The concept of aphelion and perihelion derived from sacred geometry |
The Relationship of Planetary Object
The relationship of
planetary object such as the sun, earth, and the moon could also be established
from the sacred geometrical circles depending on the number of circles drawn.
The image below illustrates this.
